The work you did to bypass certain security in the software is amazing, definitely. But you can't call it a crack, because the paying portion of the software that is supposed to be bypassed and working... isn't working, whether that's something you or some one else has to do.
If some one torrented a crack for a game, and asked why they can only go to the menu and play the first level like in the demo yet can't play the full game, no amount of response or reason on the cracker's end is going to deem that crack a crack, no matter how justified their efforts are. It would get taken down by sites, because it's simply not a crack. In this case, it's the same thing, while the work you did is great, no matter how much you show you did, you cannot call it a crack. It's a pointless release until the function behind the paywall works.
