switch with sx os and dongle

hello , i had buy a nintendo switch with sxos 2.8 and ofw 8 . i want to upgrade and create an emunand with atmoshere and i want the last original firmware. i don't know how and i don't know if the sxos is on sysnand or emunand. somebody can help me?

Open up photo album in SX OS if it says emunand it is emunand.

I meant the SX OS menu like below, it will indicate if it is sysnand or emunand.

If you have no NAND backup then the Sysnand isn't clean, you can create dual emunand if you want, one for SX OS and one for Atmosphere.

ok my intent is to upgrade the switch for the last games ,but i
don't know if the best way is to migrate to atmosphere and the last original firmware or the last sx os and the last original firmware. in case can i restore the nand i would to create the emunand for go online and don't have the ban. the last thing is if is possible to don't use again the dongle sx for every start of the switch for use the cfw. Sorry for the more question but is the first time.

I highly doubt you would not get banned since CFW was ran on Sysnand, so it is not possible for you to go online and not get banned, as for the highest support firmware for SX OS is 11.0.0, if you want to move to Atmosphere, I do recommend an emunand so you can keep that sysnand firmware around incase you ever want to go back to SX OS.
