Hacking Switch SD nx dump error

I want to dump some games. I got this nx dumped in the HB shop and it doesn't work. The error is down below

You already have the folder. The switch folder comes with Atmosphere.
This should be the right version of Lockpick. Run it from RCM. https://github.com/Kofysh/Lockpick_RCM/releases

So I did that. Now I have a new error. Tried to use the tool named in the new error, but couldn't find any information about it on the Internet. I don't know how to install the tool. Does it belong in the switch folder?
