Hardware Switch Screen Calibration issue. Replacement screen+Hecate error

I recently brought my switch into a shop to have the screen replaced, and am having a calibration issue with the top of my screen. I tried running the calibration tool in hekate, but am met with this error message that I can’t find any documentation on. Any help would be appreciated

you should go to the store. they probably installed a faulty touch panel

okay, thats what i will likely end up doing. I also ran a screen test on android, and the screen works perfectly there

I reply to this thread because I have a similar problem. I installed a chip in my brothers console. Everything works fine, except the touch in hos. Hekate calibrates it and it works there perfectly fine. But in hos...nope. It works...partially. But not completely.
