Hi

The power button on my switch wont put it in sleep mode and the power button on the screen has turned in to a sleep mode button, which will only wake up if i press the home button on a joycon. Is my actual power button broke or have i somehow changed something? im worried i wont be able to power up the console if one of my kids drains the battery.

It also wont charge while docked, will only seem to charge while connected to my laptop via USB

i use SXOS and I recently set up goldleaf and usb install via Zadig/NUT and installed a game via usb with tinfoil.

Any help would be great.

Well the power button on the screen has always been a sleep mode button. There is no way to turn off the console internally. As for your external power button, have you tried holding it down?

Have you tried rebooting your console entirely? Might be a faulty button, I've never used SXOS so I'm not aware if their CFW is cabable of such bugs.
Also, as it was already pointed the screen button was always for sleep mode.
