Switch or atmosphere acting up

Salutations, o great ones. Figure I'd ask this time before redoing my SD card again. Lately when I try using AIO to update cheats or Edizon to find pointers the system crashes. It'll be fine once I reinstall atmosphere but it'll eventually happen again. Even the tesla ovl which use to work will now just open up and then disappear. How can I fix these issues, thanks. Error codes I get are (3349-008 program 010000000100D ) and (2168-0002 (0x4a8) same program) firmware 15.0.1 (atmosphere 1.4.0). Sorry Idk how to add pictures

Here's the pics

See if you have a directory called /atmosphere/contents/010000000100D and if you do, simply delete it.

Try going into maintenance mode, just step 1 and 2…don’t do step 3. Just reboot afterwards.

Do you happen to have Tinfoil installed?

I indeed have tinfoil installed. Also, it might sound dumb, but what is this maintenance mode you mention?

You might want backup your Tinfoil configs and reinstall the app from the Tinfoil.nro self installer. Sometimes it can get out of wack. Best to give it the best chance of running smoothly by reinstalling and then putting your configs back in place by reentering them into a new config file manually.

Also, it might sound dumb, but what is this maintenance mode you mention?

Maintenance mode is from Nintendo and it magically “fixes” things sometimes just by pulling it up and then rebooting…no need to do step 3. Just reboot. Magic (sometimes).

Suggest clearing out SD:\atmosphere\contents, just delete everything in it, you might have some outdated files there that are conflicting. Some homebrew might add folders to SD:\atmosphere\contents so you might have to reinstall some homebrew afterwards for everything to work correctly. But clearing it out fully is the only way to ensure there aren't any outdated files that could cause other issues as well.
