Hardware Switch OLED waterdamaged, no (touch)screen

I bought a non functioning Switch OLED. At first it didn't start up, after giving it a good clean with alcohol it works, except for the screen and touchscreen. It does work perfectly in the dock, but the internal screen and touchscreen don't give any sign of life.

My guess it is either the voltage to the screen module since on the OLED version the touchscreen is integrated, but I am not sure..

How/ where can I measure if there is voltage going to the screen and what should the voltage be?

Have you cleaned the ribbon cables and connectors too? Connectors can be tough to clean if they have corrosion.

Yes the ribbon cables and connectors have been cleaned and I can't see any (more) corrosion with my microscope.

I kind of understand the image but not completely. Should I measure every pin with ground to get the same values as present in your image?

Black on ground and probe every single pad with red probe in diode mode, should have same readings as the picture. If not then trace the signal with motherboard layer diagrams till you find the problem.

Btw if you have another working motherboard test the screen assembly first, could be some water got inside the screen and damaged it. Once spent 2 hours tracing every signal and replacing the FPC connector, till realizing the previous owner somehow poked a small hole on the ribbon cable with tweezers.
 
diode mode reading is red prob on ground in most case.
The values may be different in small range like 0.50--0.100v is normal
I had to go through it a couple of times due to not writing down your measurements correctly, missing a pin etc but I can confirm that the values I am seeing resemble yours. What does this mean?

si les sirve cambien la resistencia de 1k que se encuentra debajo del conector fpc y a la izquierda del cpu, hay 2 la del lado derecho (mas cercano al microprocesador) muchas veces en las OLED se quema al instalar el hwfly. He reparado muchas asi. La linea del táctil en OLED es muy básica ya que la pantalla la controla la CPU.
