Switch oled no power, need help from advance technician

Hello everyone! Long story short. Switch oled with no power, without backstory. There are no shorts on board. I've tracked down issue to max 17050 due to retrosix guide, I have 0.17a from bench with instant drop to 0.12a. I've tried 2 ICs from donor boards, w/o any luck. However, I'm not quite sure if they are good, because boards are dead as well. So, now I got my hands on fully working oled, and I'm interesting if I can try max from it, but I'm kinda worry if max will die if anything else is broken. So does anyone tried this, and can give any advice? I also did some measurements in kohms around 17050. Thanks in advance

Those donor board might also have bad chips.
That MAX chip is one of the things that fail often.
Just order some replacements online from China to be sure.

Yeah, I followed this guide, and I'm also pretty sure both max from donors are also dead, due to very similar fault. The main question is can I try the definitely working ic from working switch, and wouldnt it die if bad switch has any other issue? I've already ordered them from china like month ago, it stuck at customs, and I have to order it once again
