Switch oled dont start hwfly 3.3v Short

Good afternoon, I bought a motherboard unlocked with hwfly on aliexpress, the board arrived today I went to install it by turning on the minimum it started the chip flashed several times it turned green and turned off, after that I mounted the entire switch but it didn't turn on anymore, when I try to turn on the capacitors where the 3.3v flat is, they heat up a lot and make a lot of noise, I have no idea what it could be, could you help me please? the seller does not respond to me and aliexpress has not accepted the refund request.

There obvious is a short somewhere.
Inspect the board carefully if the wires from the modchip are not making any unintended contacts or if the modchip itself is making a short with things like the metal casing. Some modder strip wires way longer than necessary.
The metal casing itself could also be bend and unintentionally shorting something.
You could try to disconnect the display first to see if that is causing any issues.

As a last resort you could remove the motherboard once more to see if the modchip shows any activity.

As a case of bad luck, the voltage regulator chip might just have blown and causing a short.
You don't know the history of the board so maybe the voltage regulator chip might have been failing already.
