Nintendo Switch OLED, "software could not be started".

I bought a oled switch with the "software could not be started " issue, i tried to reboot in maintenance mode, and also NAND fix level 1 and 2 (from sthehix), and still the same issue. I saw older post saying this could be a kiosk switch. I mod chipped the oled, and everything is working fine there, all of the fuses and back ups are in the system. What could this be, anyone every encounter this kind of problem. I have her the link to my post on reddit with the video showing the issue.

it doesnt boot into the main system , it goes boot 1 and boot 2 (nintendo logo and switch logo) then it says software cannot be started. click on the link for the video to see what i mean.

I don't think level 1 or 2 would do much. You prob would need to rebuild system partition from your extracted own prod.key. Doubt this gonna work or not as I believe demo unit is define by prodinfo partition other than system or other partition.

Looked up some info on another thread esp for demo unit and seems a modded ams is all you need.
