So I bought a broken switch at a reasonable price as a small project.
It does not charge. That's why the previous owner changed the battery. When charging the battery in my other Switch, the battery does take charge.
With a full battery the Switch boots but then shows error 21001 right after showing the Switch logo. It does this every time.
The Switch does not boot automatically when the power supply is connected.
I replaced the charge IC M92T36. Still no change. I get a read of 3v on Pin 6 when turned on with battery power.
The USB C port looks fine. No bent pins etc.
RCM does work. I can go into Hekate, and I made a Backup first thing. When launching any CFW though I either get the error (SXOS) or it just shuts down (ReiNX).
I Ordered a new BQ24193, but it comes from China and will take some time to arrive.
Any tips on how to find the faulty part here? What pins on the BQ24193 should give me what reading?
