Switch Lite SD Card died, now everything doesnt work

Days ago the sd card decided to die without me having a backup. Since then I had tried multiple ways to make it work with the new sd. Every time I get the same „boot.dat?” error screen.
First I formated the card to fat32, copied atmosphere and hekate on root, then I recovered boot.dat from the dead sd and same thing, tried a lot of guides and tutorials on what to put on that sd and make it work and nothing. Any help pls?

If your boot.dat is corrupted, you will also get that error message.

Maybe try creating a new one. you need to install Python to run the app.

In the rare case that you are using a MAC, it sets some archive bit which also messes things up sometimes.
Very annoying.
sudo chflags -R arch /Volumes/SDCARDNAME/boot.dat
