Switch Lite Picofly error code =*** eMMC init failure

Hi all, I'm struggling to troubleshoot a picofly install on a switch lite. This is my first picofly install on a switch lite, but I've succeeded with installations on standard switches. I believe that I've done the installation correctly, but it's giving me the 'long, short, short, short' blinking error code, and then the switch boots to OFW. All of the leads on the ribbon have continuity from ribbon to picofly test pads. Voltage seems normal to my knowledge when I test it... any thoughts would be appreciated about what I could try, or what I might've done wrong. Photos included of my handiwork.

Try cleaning up the sp1 and sp2 solder points . It appears you bridged them . You dont want to connect them to each other, just to the cap edges of each side.
