Hi Im on my second switch lite now the first one I took back to where I bought it from because it kept disconnecting from WiFi when playing games and the second one is doing the same so I'm wondering cause I have a plastic case on my switch lite would that affect the WiFi .I have also tried about 5 different routers from different WiFi companys and I get random crashes anything from 10mins of playing to 1 hour.ty

As I said I have been to my mum's house tried her internet them my sisters and two other ppls internet and get the same issue I even sat about a meter from my router and same problem....

The device is still new, and it seems Nintendo didn't put much budget on it. Hardware issues are to be expected.
Report it to Nintendo's support, if they get many reports they might start investigating. Of course if its a hardware problem, they will give you a new one.
