Switch joycons on 360?

I've heard of controller adapters connecting Xbone/PS4 etc to Switch n what not but I couldn't find much/if any info about connecting Switch joycons to a 360.

Is it possible to do or does anyone has a bit of info about it?

I'm sure it's possible but does a dongle that can do it exist yet, likely no.

Could be possible if you have a MayFlash adapter

You should be able to chain a MAGIC-NS together with some generic USB gamepad to 360 adapter.
