Hardware Switch joycon help

Switch isn't wanting to connect to the right joycon anymore and now I cant load up any cfw is there any other way I can do it so I can continue to usecfw also without having to buy that dongle

Sounds like you bent some pins in the rail, you might be able to bend them back as long as they aren't broken off. Your jig might be poorly made and is damaging the pins.
The rails don't cost too much to replace though.

well that is the reason i use autorcm. Dont want to mess with my pins. I can replace the rail tho
 
I am guessing that you have joy-con as a jig. What FW are you on (6.x.x should have soft bricked it)?
It depends, when pin 10 is high the joycon still work via bluetooth, OP, if you've bridged pin 10 with 1/7/9 internally (with solder) remove the solder and solder a reed switch/a resistor instead.
 
Was trying to fix the issue and the battery light kept coming on like it was dying and now the switch wont turn on
 
Like the switch is showing its charging the controller but it's not being read so idk

Some one I got from a friend that bought it from Ebay that 3d printed it out
You should be careful with those paperclip jigs, a lot of those can easily damage your pins. You probably already damaged your pins that's why it only detects bluetooth and not the joycon.

Well the switch detects and charges the joycon just fine witch is weird
