Hacking switch issue

[M-O-B]

ok guys got a switch and it's stuck on this screen, can't get past it because the right joycon connector on mobo is missing..

this whole connector is gone, only thing left are the pads.

I'm hoping that someone can help me out with the actual pinout for the mobo pads so I can do a hard wire just to get past this damm screen.

I have the pinout for the joycon, just no clue on the mobo pads, and have no other switch here to try and figure the pinout myself.
