Hacking Hardware Homebrew Switch Homebrew Question

Hello everyone!

I’ve been following the site for a while, but this is the first time I’ve ever written because I need some information about something I can’t figure out.

I own a Switch V1.0 with FW 19.0.1 that I’d like to mod, but I’m worried about the risk of getting banned. With this console, I only want to install two custom firmwares (original and Atmosphere) so I can transfer saves, modify them, and then move them back to the original FW side. Is this doable? Are there any risks? I’m asking because some of the games I want to modify support online play, and I’m afraid of getting banned afterward.

Entry point different depending on if you got a unpatched V1 or patched V1.

I’ve checked. I have an unpatched V1.0 (the very first switch).

You would need to create an emunand for your pirated game and homebrew, and keep your purchased content on sysnand OFW, as for save you can try this
