Hacking Switch Hacked, don't know what to do here

I put Atmosphere on my Switch. I am using a cartridge while holding R to boot into Edizon. I am not connected to the Internet.

Whenever I try to launch Edizon it prompts me to update (from the game cartridge I guess), and at times it asks me to update the controller. I can't launch Hb App Store because I'm not online.

Is it safe to accept either of these updates? Can I make the prompts go away? Is it safe to go online to use Hb App Store?

if you want to update by pc download and unzip the contents of zip file>sd to sd card. it's asking you to update the nro of editzone from github or homebrew store.

if you should setup 90DNS that way it blocks all Nintendo servers only so homebrew can still use the internet

if its Nintendo branded joycons then it's ok to update them
