Hacking Question Switch gets black screen on boot sometimes

Installed the SX Core successfully last week, backed up the nand and everything and installed cfw. It has been working fine but sometimes when I restart the console it gets stuck on black screen which I can fix this by holding the power button for 15 seconds. It has happened about three times now. Is it normal? Should I be worried about this?

Just do not use restart, since mariko can't reboot to payload(cfw).

Forgot to mention mine is an Ipatched Erista not Mariko

My ipatched Erista black screens every 2nd boot after the SX bootloader since SX OS 3.0.5, 3.0.4 was fine.

Restart instead of cold boot works fine for me every time so I do that most of the time to switch between sys and emuNAND and only fully power down when removing the SD card.

It seems to be happening to a few people with 3.0.5 so I was hoping this might be something fixed in the next SX OS release but..... you know.
