Switch emuMMC RAW SD Upgrade Help

Hi, I need help with expanding or migrating my emuMMC to use the full size of a new SD card.

This is my current setup:

Switch is running Atmosphère CFW using emuMMC

emuMMC is set up as a RAW partition (not file-based)

In Hekate, it shows: SD RAW1 - MOUNTED; others (RAW2, File) are grayed out

I cloned my old 124GB SD card to a new 500GB SD card using AOMEI

Everything works, but the system still sees the SD card as 124GB — the extra space is unallocated

I want to safely expand the partition or migrate to file-based emuMMC to use the full 500GB


Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

You can convert it to file base then move it to new SD card and convert it back to hidden partition.
