Hacking Switch doesn't turn on after an unusual error

Hello, problem in title.
I was play to pokemon mystery dungeon, then I leave the game and a few second or minutes after I get an error
Not an error with atmosphere error screen
The screen shew me an error with rotate screen (like when we are in rcm payload)
Some number were here, but it told me to turn off the switch.
I did it
then I want to turn on the switch
So, I inject my atmosphere payload
I get sept, atmosphere and atmosphere logo screen, but then nothing, black screen.
What can I do ?

I'm on 9.2.0, latest atmosphere

Apparently, for some reason your atmosphere setup got fricked: https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/issues/836

Try deleting your atmosphere folder and try again with the latest version.
