Switch classic v2 value resistor near USB port

Hi at all, have a switch classic never opened or modded and never softmodded, but don' t take a charge, don' turn on. I have checked resistir and capacitor near M92T36 and all appare to be in the standard value. Have a doubt about a (resistor) near usb c port. With multimeter in diode mode i have continuity. May be normal? Attach picture. I' am referring resistor in the blue circle
