Switch blackscreen after Nintendo Splash

Ok I was updating my Switch through Choidujournx and the program crashed while updating firmware, SX OS and Atmosphere both do not load and booting to original firmware doesn't work it just goes to Nintendo Splash screen then nothing stays black screen, is there anyways to repair the firmware or finish updating the firmware to fix this? I still can access Hekate perfectly fine

No I don't I should also say I was updating to Firmware 11.0.0 and my SX OS was on Beta 3.1.0
