I didn't update my v1 unpatched switch since 2020 I modded it and it was working fine , I was using atmosphere only, I didn't use Hekate, i didn't care about getting banned from nintendo , today I decided to update the firmware , I removed atmosphere and decided to update using Nintendo official update menu from the switch , after updating my switch it won't turn on and when I keep pressing the power button nintendo logo appear then nothing happens , I tried putting the switch in RCM mode but I didn't succeed, is it possible to fix my switch or is it forever gone ?

Did you try a fresh sd card so you don't have old things left on it?
Power it fully off by holding the power button for 15 sec.

try holding down power and vol - and see if you can enter recovery mode.

Backup your NAND! If its dying, you can easily get a new nand module from Aliexpress and restore your backup.

I fixed it , I used hikate to boot into cfw sysnand , I use a paper clip to get into rcm mode , it used to work perfectly from the first time , this time it took a lot of tries to get into RCM , maybe the paper clip has gotten old and I need to make a new one , anyway I enabled auto RCM so that I don't get this problem again

So basically you need a modded switch and a working NAND module?
yepp and a backup of course. Hekate boots from the SD Card after all and therefore you can restore a nand backup with boot 0 and 1.
