1. Where the heck is the titleid in the main.npdm? I've got it open in HxD but no idea where to paste the ID.
2. Where or what do I do with fs_mitm.kip?

Mememenu is not going to be useless. (The developer of ReiNand for 3DS (one of the first custom firmwares for the 3DS) created mememenu)

Could anyone provide a list of the software needed for this? I know about hactool and the exe to put the title id into. Do you need to launch the newest hekate for this? Or is this launched from stock OS?

Its little endian... Key is like this for example: 01 23 45 67 89 becomes 89 67 45 23 01
