Switch 2162-0002 error on boot (no theme)

Hi, i get 2162-0002 error from program "010000000000100C" on boot. Only stock system works, when i try to boot into amtosphere i get this error. When i played a game it suddenly crashed and then this error appeared and now on EVERY BOOT it appears (emuMMC).
- I do not have any theme.
- I already tried removing all atmosphere files etc. and adding new ones.
- I did backup of my emuMMC 29gb partition on sd card and i copied all files from the sd card other patition and formated it, then i restored backup and copied files back in - it still didn't help.
- I saw similar topics but i could not find any way to fix it.

That's a theme, and they don't have a theme. It's 100C, which is probably SD corruption
