Hacking supercard dstwo+ on new3ds

Will the supercard dstwo+ work on new 3ds and does it play eshop dumped roms? (.3ds not cia)

Also, can I use this card to install an emunand so I can use homebrew without using a cfw?
I hear you can install cia files with this card but am unsure how to do so as I can't find any tutorials relating on how to do it.

Also, sorry for asking this here (being controversial), but I heard that gateway bricks users of the supercard dstwo+ gateway emulator plugin. How does this / will affect me playing 3ds roms using the plugin and also the emunand?
