Gaming Super Swing Golf Ntsc to Pal

I have a wiikey with the 1.9b and the 3.0e
I use wii brick blocker and i set 60hz mode but the game don't work?

Its just one of those ntsc games that dont work on PAL. The PAL version of the game is out anyways. "Pangya! Golf with Style" Was the PAL name for some reason.
