Nintendo comes out strong with a 25 minute video covering Smash Bros, now subtitled "Ultimate". The game features every single character to ever appear in the series, and will make a few tweaks to gameplay. Ridley, Inkling, and Daisy join the fight.

But hell yeah all fighters ever plus sakurai finally gave up the meme ridley is too big and actually added it to smash like all fans wanted

this will be the best smash game ever really.

I am a little bummed that there isn't any Adventure Mode (single player) but they could always add it in as DLC later (like they did with Splatoon 2).

I am sad and happy they are making more Amiibo's...I only have so much room left on my self

Every character it's a good thing, but to be honest I was disappointed with Bomberman as a helper, and just put Ridley there... Ridley looks like it/he just doesn't belong there... Also we need more legends here. All the past characters okay fine but it doesn't feel like new altogether.

Also, I'm no pro player but , damn, I could beat those two shitheads even on a handicap match. Kinda sad that Nintendo employees are people who doesn't know how to play well.

The only thing that made me happy was that old veterans are back. I like the directional air dodge but I'm going to assume we can't wave dash.

lol people have been asking for ridley for years to come... he is the only thing recognizable on metroid ip besides samus itself.

I love Ridley. My 2nd favoriteMetroid character. But here looks kinda dumb and small. Yeah, he had to adjust, but for that sole reason even he said that would be a bad idea and the character would look weird. Here it is. He fell to the presure I guess. If this is the way, then make Kraid an echo character and just stuff it in too, small and fat.

All in all, Ridley it's a reality now in Smash. I just hope to see some other legendary characters in the future.
