ROM Hack Question Super Smash Bros ultimate save 100% in switch OFW for online ?

Hello, I have a question:

I found a SSBU save which is 100% complet (maybe using cheat, I do not know), so I'm wondering if I can inject this save on a switch CFW (checkpoint) and send it to the switch OFW and use it online ?
The Switch OFW is totally clean.

It depends on how OP transferred the save to OFW. If it was through checkpoint, then absolutely, it's just a matter of time for being banned.
If they transferred through making a NAND backup (which afaik there's no way to detect) and injecting the save manually into it and restoring it, then as long as there aren't any obviously hacked pokemon or something they should be ok.
I'm just not sure because OP stated the ofw was "100% clean", which isn't compatible with using checkpoint on it.

Yeah, I would stay away from hacking Nintendo first party games that have online features.
