How big is the scrubbed ISO? It shouldn't take more than a few minutes to rip/dump the actual .iso, but if his upload rate is shit then it could take a long time, especially if its a larger game (which I assume it is, the first one was 3.5gb I believe). Also where is he uploading the files too, usenet?

Nah, there was about as many (or more) when New Super Mario Bros. Wii was leaked, and the was no crack for it at the time.
Hell, this happens every time a hyped game is leaked. (or about to be leaked)
