whenever I convert a video using super, it stretches it vertically when I move it onto my dstt, even if the "stretch" checkbox is NOT marked.

how can I fix this??

wrong area of the forum but in the settings make sure its set to 1:1 ratio not 16:9 or 4:3 or any other settings
