Thanks a lot. Actually I'm at chapter 17, about 12 hours. the game is SHORT after all. There is Maybe a new game + or something like that?

Posting a question for my friend: He recently played it and every time he enters the shop and leaves, his screen turns black and freezes. He's asking what's wrong with it. He's using an R4. Everything else is fine he says.

I'm guessing either he downloaded a bad dump or his microSD isn't good enough?

Edit: Nevermind. I fixed it for him. He had a bad dump.

This game is nice, but it has some issues.
First thing, the difficulty suddenly rises, like in chapter 5 or 4,you beat the boss easily, and in the next chapter you almost lose and you waste a lot of food and stuff.
Second, you barely get any money to buy stuff, now that that the game is getting harder and harder, how am I supposed to play it without any money to buy food?

The problem is, the entire game was suppose to be that hard, from the beginning to end. Though when they translated the game, they also changed a few things around. They started with with more money, 100 skill points, some very good skills, the 50 items that restore HP and SP and the summon beasts. Originally in the Japanese version, you had none of that when you started out. So the game seems to get incredibly hard around chapter 5 when that crutch you got at the beginning of the game loses its potency.

This game's difficulty is retarded. I absolutely destroyed the dungeons (getting 500HP randomly from Reiha every 2 seconds), but when I got to the the girl with blonde hair (Lily/Lila or something) she wrecked me hard. I had to go grind like mad. Also, the story and characters are soooooooo lame!

for fights like that I prefer to play as Reiha to keep my party members up above 50%. The AI just doesn't heal fast enough.
A huge feature I was missing throughout this game was a system similar to the Gambit system of FFXII, that would've been great.

Is it just me or is Chapter 20 incredibly hard. Its like in the beginning of the game you kill plants and at the end you kill WarGods and crap.

Well, the game really wasn't that hard at all.

I disagree and agree... :> Chapter 20 was really easy compared to fighting Mardin, Lila and Millisar. Especially Millisar, I died about 10 times and had to go 4 times through the dungeon until I finally found a way to kill him. The last boss was a joke compared to him... I never switched between Reiha and Aldo and nobody died even once...

What do you guys say is better for Aldo, swords or axes?
I'm currently using swords(Chapter 11),are axes any better or should I just stick with the swords?

For those who found this game to be to easy, I have codes in the massive cheat database that will remove the US bonuses that weren't in the Japanese version.

I would like to, because it's too easy. I removed the overkill skills from both of my chars but still, I found it a bit too easy. The lack of challenge is killing me.

I know nothing about cheats however, can I apply a patch or something on my savegame?

Actually for most of the boss battles, I use the girl and heal the dude frequently.

I have the guy on ATK up, and I just leave him there. Occasionally I do a Sword Dance and Land Slash, maybe a Justice Edge if I feel the need for some 30 second battle cut-scene most 'Superskills' have as a prelude.

But yeah, game's kinda easy, but I like it like this.
Difficulty options would've been good since I feel you guys want more of a challenge. Honestly, I feel good owning some big-eyed anime characters.

Yeahhhhhh..

I didn't die once in this whole game until I got to the boss in Chapter 18, who promptly kicked my ass. It did make me realize though, that I've played through enough of this game and amassed such a huge list of complaints that the game simply isn't worth my time anymore, so I guess that's a good thing.
