What if someone who is willing to translate and put it in the game sets its project on Kickstarter.com and requests a amount of money that can boost his motivation to actively work on the translation and get it done.

I created an Excel table that contains all 419 translation pages in order, making it possible to search for a specific line.
You can then check the 1st column to see which page that line is on.
(Actually, I only put a number at the beginning of every page, so you might need to scroll up a bit, or simply divide the line number by 100)

I had just recently beaten SN:SCS 2 and started searching around to see if an English patch for the third game was around yet, which lead me to this thread. As I excitedly reach the 7th page I thought to myself "Oh man, this might be dead X_X" but upon seeing the date of Pablitox's post I said out loud "Oh @#!&, it was last Monday."
