Gaming Summer homebrew?

So I remember there is some competitions that happen usually during Summer, but I can't remember what its called (Though I do tend to see it every year). I wanted to know what they were and if possible, where I can go to get this information if one wanted to participate such as what requirements and other things that are needed.

sorry it took soo long to respond. No, it wasn't the homebrew bounty.
I found the name in my DS when I returned, but I thought there was more. The Neoflash spring and Neoflash summer events I think I'm lookin for?
