Really, this question needed a thread (and double post)? This happen to me very often (or the name is too short or can't use a name at all). In Online games could be worse, you can get even your account banned (Guild Wars)

Just change your name..... Nobody really cares if any single name can't be used they think of new and better ones

true like on some games, mrfatso is a banned name, i assume its cos there is the word fat in it, so i just change it to mrso, which really sounds stupid, but hey, at least i still have a part of my identity

I always use "Hero" in suikoden games. Unless the actual name has been revealed.

This weird things are not only in games. In my job, we made a yahoo account to support our clients, and resulted that the "support_finamex" is baned in yahoo Mexico...
