Homebrew Sudomemo on 3ds ?

I installed the cia for flipnote studio dsi and I would like to connect to a private server. I connected to a couple of servers with no luck I just get the discontinued message can someone help me? I also tried sudomemo but they are down for maintenance.

Well you have to wait until Sudomemo is back online

Have you changed the proxy settings? I remember sudomemo working on my 3DS

with the cia for the dsi version it just gives me the discontinued error
