No. For one thing, R4 is a DS-mode flash cart, so you can't even begin to access DSi-specific functionality. Secondly, there's no DSi cartridge software that has permissions to access NAND.
The reason why DSiWare exploits work is because the NAND access permission is either "everything" or "nothing".
