It'd be really handy if one did exist and it supported vector graphics/line art, in which case I really could've used it with organic chemistry...

Am I to assume that such a program doesn't exist yet? DSLearnJ is pretty close, but it doesn't support UTF-8 and therefore the task of making study cards becomes a pain.

Well, I totally understand what you mean. But sometimes you want to get something productive done. There are many educational softwares out for the DS, but some personal customization to your learning experience can go a long way.
