Gaming stuck on conduit-mission investigate prometheus secret base

ive sat all morning lasting 2 mins and dying.

its at the bit where youve been told that you have to die by the guy whos been your boss for the last two levels or so. you start off outside near water, at the entrance to a big building, and wave after wave of alien things come running out of the building and down the steps at you.


ive tried staying where i am and hoping to pick them off


ive tried rushing up to the doors

ive tried going over to the other side of the front to see if there is more cover there.


however i do it there are too many of them and i die. over and over again.


any tips?

cheers mate , i ended up doing what someone suggested, dropped difficulty level down and even then it was hard.
