Gaming StreetPass Mii Plaza instant crash

Basically what the title says, the moment I open it, I'm greeted with an error screen. I have a suspect that I might be meet.dat (its save file) since when I backed it up, it was 0 bytes.
Using a 11.0E A9LH'd New 3DS, any help is appreciated.

Well, since the save is shot anyway, why not uninstall and (via system update or 3dnus cia) reinstall it?

I don't know how could I miss your post, but fixed it by restoring an older NAND backup, getting meet.dat with JKSV, restoring NAND backup, restoring meet.dat.
P.S. Marked your post as Featured, because IMO your solution should've also worked.
