Gaming Streetpass hack?

I was thinking is there a program or something to maybe make a profile then through your router distribute the streetpass? also this is just a thought if someone has a reason why it's impossible I don't care just wondering

There isn't a Streetpass emulator or hack or whatever YET!

If something like that would exist it would have been ALL over the frontpage + the 3DS hacking section.
