Can't it be pushed back until April 9? My country doesn't get the 3ds until the 31st and 2 days isn't enough to get used to the game enough for a tourney

I enjoy the street fighter on ps3 but a tournament is not necessarily because it can make people angry, upset, and disappointment. Maybe jealous. It is not cool to play and show people who's the best player. That is pride and showoff. Its bad and disgusting.
