Doesn't sound like a cool thing to do. Nobody wants an autoplay in the shoutbox.
Plus I think they reserve the right to retroactively make up the rules and then tell you it is against them.
I think thats perfectly fine. They aren't abusing any sort of power.
Not using common sense is a warnable offense. They should include that in the list of rules.
