Hacking Strange R4 clone

Hi everyone, they gave me an R4 to fix but remains fixed on "Loading ...", above it says: "NEW R4 SDHC 3DS DSi www.r4isdhc.com Smart Dual-Core Update" I can't find the kernel anywhere, can you tell me where I can download the kernel or this problem from what is it due?

The important thing is that the SD card is formatted Fat32 otherwise the flashcard does not read it!

This model uses an older version of Wood R4, this was just before they started shipping them with the year on the cart label.
