Hardware Strange bug on video out

Hello, guys! I need your advice. Look at my video - it shows strange bleeps on screen. Its periodical - sometimes it bleeps every 5 minutes, sometimes - about 30 minutes or so. I tried to connect it to another TV - same problem. I connect it with composite cable. I cant get another cable for test. So, what do you think - its cable or Wii issue?

maybe the gpu is fucked up or you have a loose av connector
