Organize a bounty. One of the reasons Switch gets no softmods is because they get sold to Nintendo's hackerone bounty. https://hackerone.com/nintendo?type=team
Getting $20,000 for an exploit sure beats getting nagged at by spoiled kids for free stuff.

The other reason it isn't hacked is because it's really hard. Stuff takes years of practice just to be able to give it a decent shot, and even then, the odds of finding an exploitable bug are slim -- the Switch is running a battle hardened version of the 3DS OS. The attack surface of the Switch is thus really small.
