It's a collaboration with the race driver Valentino Rossi, and 46 was his motorcycle's number and the number he always chose and wore for races, so "VR|46"
His nickname is "The Doctor" so the first flavor they did was a lemon and orange soda thing called "The Doctor"

Lemon and orange sounds tasty if it's not carbonated more like a lemonade orange flavor.

The sugar free 46 leans much more towards lemon so it's more like a "we have Fanta Lemon Zero Sugar" at home. I think it could melt coins.

Just found today



Lando Norris which I'm assuming is lemonade and punk punch which I'm assuming is monsters Hawaiian punch.
Also I the background ice lifesaver green apple and pineapple. Ice I know off topic but worth trying if you see them good cheap seltzer.

Googling the US version people say it's sprite and orange. Don't know why I see yellow cans and instantly think of lemonade
