Homebrew Steelhax not installing

Hi guys I can't seem to find way to make steel hax work on my o3dsXL 11.2.0-35E I'm trying to downgrade my N3DS 11.2.0-35E. It always has the corrupted file message. So I was thinking fuck Steelhax I'll try Oothax but there are no tutorials anywhere how to do it with a arm9lh 3DS only powersave and all that.

How do I install Steelhax correctly?
or
How can I install Oothax or any other exploit to use for the downgrade?

Everything else is ready to go so when I'm on 10.4 I can directly downgrade to 9.2 and install luma with arm9lh.

make sure a mii is set(save file created), attempt install, if game says corrupt save DO NOT click ok(it wipes the save), run the install again. thats what worked for me.

1. Start Steel Diver and choose a Mii
2. Go into Homebrew Launcher
3. Start steelhax_installer
4. Get back to Home Menu
5. Start Steel Diver
6. If it didn't work, just press Home (DONT PRESS "OK")
7. Go back to Step 2 (Yes, Step 2, not 1)

It seems that this raises the chances of steelhax working.

Lol it worked XD ok now I install it for New 3ds and system transfer! God this afternoon is taking for ever to finish... xD
